Haleigh Nickerson (b. 1994) is a multidisciplinary artist from the San Francisco Bay Area, currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA. In 2017, Nickerson earned her MFA in Fine Arts from Parsons, The New School for Design. Before heading to New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts (2015) in Art Practice with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California at Berkeley. An artist navigating three compiled spaces of identity, being Black, being a woman and being on the autism spectrum. Nickerson works in exploring the inextricable intersections of her identity without negotiation.
