Panji Harawa Mr. Panji Harawa is a Holder of a Master’s degree from Buckinghamshire New University Wycombe UK in Information and Communication Technology Management (MCM) and certified by United Kingdom Telecommunication Authority (UKTA). He is also a holder of a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science, Physics and Mathematics. Currently he is the ICT Manager for Youth net and Counselling having joined in 2014. He has vast experience is ICT Strategic Management and Planning, ICT Resources Mobilization, Internet Governance and Project Management on ICT4D. He has taken part in a number of Trainings such as Satellite Communications by International Telecommunication Organization (ITSO) and International Telecommunications Union (ITU) facilitated by African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) in Nairobi Kenya. He has also taken part in a Mobile Health African Conference by Delight Consult Nairobi Kenya. In additional he attended the International AIDS Conference 2016 in South Africa, The International Telecommunications Union (ITU) Conference in Bangkok Thailand as well as a Child Helpline International Conference. He has significant experience in mobile application development, database design and management, and systems analysis and design. He is also a dedicated researcher and a Specialist on Development and implementation of ICT4D systems and applications. As an experienced system and software developer he has focused his Research on Development of ICT4D tools on young people and vulnerable groups. He is also part of an e-communication research group.
