Mig-Ozar is a native village in Nashik district. He was born on 16th February 1933 (16/02/1933). Harendra Hiraman Jadhav, a folk poet who has been fond of writing and social science since his childhood, after passing the seventh standard in 1947. This passion turned into a goal. Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's grip on ideas and the goal of socialism encourage him.

After coming to Mumbai in 1958, he started teaching. He was working as a teacher in the education department of Mumbai Municipal Corporation for 33 years, later retiring from the post of headmaster in 1992.
