My opinion on how to fight againts COVID-19

-DOH advises the public to practice protective measures. It is still the best way to protect oneself againts COVID-19.

  • We must stay at home- Do not go out often, wear mask or face shield when you go out.
  • Practice frequent and proper handwashing- Wash your hands often with soap and water or, sanitize your hands with alcohol.
  • Cover your mouth with your sleeves or tissue when you cough or sneeze.
  • Maintain social distancing when you are in a crowded place/people.
  • Avoid people that are infected in COVID-19.
  • Eat healthy and nutritious food.
