I am particularly interested in the power of Wikimedia to make content discoverable for global audiences and have been contributing to Wikidata since 2020, with a particular focus on metadata for PhD theses, and a collection of oral history suffrage interviews. In the course of that work I began to engage with Wikipedia as well. I've made a number of edits and contributed my first article, but am still a beginner and am 'learning by doing'
I'm am growing my Wikipedia knowledge and experience, and acknowledge that I need to be mindful of potential COI issues as a university employee. All edits are in good faith, trying to adhere to all Wikimedia policies in this space, and I'm keen to engage and learn from more experienced users.
