As an expert in Digital History, I engage a variety of new digital methodologies and practices in my scholarly pursuits. I maintain that the advent of digital technologies is changing and challenging the ways historians practice their craft, allowing them to present, collect, and store information in new ways that help give fresh insights to historical questions and serve as a means to reach wider audiences. I support several Wikimedia Foundation projects and the open knowledge / free culture movement generally.
