Herbert (Herb) L. Hutchison is the Vice President of Business Development for custom profile extruder Formtech Enterprises, a Stow, Ohio based custom profile extrusion company with manufacturing facilities in Fairview, Pennsylvania and Athens, Georgia.

Prior to joining Formtech, Herb held leadership positions including co-founding Polymera, Inc., a Hebron Ohio based manufacturer of wood/natural fiber polymer composite (WPC) compounds, and Cincinnati Milacron (Batavia, OH) as Director of International Business Development. During his tenure at Milacron full scale demonstration laboratories were established in China, Italy and the Czech Republic. Sales Managers were put in place for Europe, Asia, the Middle East and India along with establishing sales representation in 33 countries across the globe.

Herb also held a variety of positions at another leading custom profile extruder, including key management positions. Extensive experience in sales, manufacturing, product development and operations led to his appointment as president of the organization.

Herb has held various board positions including Fisher College’s Center for Excellence in Manufacturing Management (CEMM) at The Ohio State University, Central Ohio Radio Reading Service (VoiceCorp), The Lupus Foundation of America, and the Boy Scouts of America. He also served as Campaign Cabinet Chairman for United Way of Central Ohio.
