The Range, Zimbabwe new article content ...A hamlet approximately 13 kilometres east of Chivhu (Enkledoorn) which is about 130 kilometres south of the capital Harare. Originally established as Fort Charter, the second administrative centre for the country after Fort Tuli in the south west. Administration for the entire country was run from Fort Charter from the late 19th century until the 1920s when it was moved to the capital.
