Whose work are you reviewing? Judeo-Yemeni Arabic

I like how you included solid information in your piece, as well as a number of people who spoke this language formally. Some up to date content. I also like how you included the language family and its rating system; these are all obvious facts that help the reader understand how a language like this could become endangered. In addition, I like how you included a YouTube video in your external links. It was very instructive.

The lead is a little off-kilter. There were a few sections in the text that made me wonder. Why has the vast majority of Yemenite Jews moved to Israel and adopted modern Hebrew as their primary language? What factors contributed to the relocation, and why are there believed to be less than 300 Jews in Yemen? We get a good sense of the speakers' recent past, but not much about their language, other than the fact that it varies from regular Arabic in terms of the script used to write it. It occurs to me that there could be more gaps, which the article should address. There are 50,000 people who speak English, but how many Yemenite Jews are there? According to Wikipedia, there are 530,000 people (in the article on Yemenite Jews). Just a few families remained, and I believe the majority of them have since emigrated to Israel and Monsey. This knowledge is most likely out of date. What are the conditions like for Judeo-Yemeni speakers in Yemen? I'd also take a photo to show the reader how significantly different this written dialect is from the actual currently spoken dialect.
