editCorporations 2.0 is an innovative and revolutionary organization structure that was designed to institutionalize creativity, empowerment, business intelligence, dynamism and productivity by utilizing proven principles about managing attitudes and developing job skills of all stakeholders. It utilizes personal, moral and emotional objectives of stakeholders as drivers for the stakeholders to be continuously pumped-up to work their best and not distracted by corporate politics.
Corporations 2.0 comprise a specific set of redesigns for the common business components namely:
- Structure
- Team Effectiveness
- Compensation Plans
- Performance Management
- Culture Building
To date, Corporations 2.0 is being further developed and tested for SmartGrocer Inc. under the lead of its CEO, Fausto Victorio. SmartGrocer Inc. is a Canadian online retailing company serviced and supported by One Globe Resources, Inc.
