Introduction

edit

Fuzzy. One is a multi-lingual information sharing platform that provides validated responses based on a strict registration protocol. The project uses blockchain cryptocurrency as an intermediate payment medium providing liquidity to ensure all subscribers are paid for their contributions. Fuzzy. One is a project owned by Fuzzy Logistics Engineering Ltd.[1], a UK registered company. The company team works out of Southeast Asia and is based in the Philippines, India, Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Whitepaper

edit

Fuzzy. One is an information platform that supports professional community building with business and social interaction utilising cryptocurrency rewards. Fuzzy. One strips away the economic divide by focusing on an individual’s experience and knowledge through Return on Knowledge (RoK).[2] The model states that it opens up a world of validated and trusted information. All subscribers get paid for the answers they post which are a product of their professional and work experience. The project states that it "removes the hindrances and complications of the crypto world by stripping away 99% of the confusion and providing our community with an easy-to-use conversion platform."[3] Fuzzy. One provides income using FUZ tokens to everyone that provides answers to question asked on its platform. FUZ is also offered as an incentive for asking a question.

The projects core objective is to provide an extra source of income for what they term "80% of the world’s population lives around and below the poverty line." Fuzzy. One aims at the human experience and knowledge which is the basis for income on the platform. Subscribers can earn equally by participating in the exchange of information. The project aims to deliver a site that is readable in 40 languages[4] and allows all subscribers to interact using their own mother tongue.

Development

edit

Stage 1 ERC20 & WP

edit

The project kicked on during October 2019 and opened up using a WordPress site. The erc20 token FLEx[5] was created in November 2019 and was listed on a number of decentralised exchanges including Etherflyer and Vindax. The company did not focus on marketing, only on social media referral networking and delivered a few airdrops that released tokens to attract a community. The initial response was received well and the number of users that registered to the site reached over 25,000. Due to initial mismanagement and a total lack of investment in marketing the token and project did not lift off and the project remained in the doldrums for over 18 months. During September 2020 the company enlisted a new executive team including a CEO and Development head. The new leadership team took over the daily operations of the company and started to dissect the objectives. By March 2021 the project had evolved beyond recognition and a pitch deck was released for initial reaction. The results were highly critical of the site and performance of the team. Based on the critical analysis received, the executive decided to clean the desk of all the old development and rebuild from scratch. Another reason for transferring from the erc20 to a new chain was due to the ever increasing costs and lags in Ethereum based transactions.

Stage 2 SPL & React.js

edit

During April 2021 the executive team took on a plethora of new development blood and the old site and token were shelved. The new site was redesigned using React.js and the new token FUZ [6]and dApps were created on the Solana blockchain. The Solana blockchain was selected for its total transparency and its ease of development as well as the extremely low transaction fees.[7] The site was put up in May 2021 and is undergoing extensive rebuilding. A timeline[8] was published to show the expected release of modules and the company expects the new site to be up and running in full by July 2021.

Stage 3 AI & Mongo.db

edit

A big data AI search module is being written to improve the overall search capabilities of the Q&A module. It is expected that the AI search module for the Mongo.db Q&A platform will be ready by August 2021. Until then, the Q&A module will perform without the AI search instance and use a standard meta-tag search engine.

The project is researching into locational informatics[9], where questions are asked based on their context. The context is broken down into four layers:

  • Question Type; this includes What, Where, When, Who, Why and How
  • Location; this is based on Global, National, Local
  • Subject; this is the context of the content, the actual subject area
  • Language; the question may be asked in the mother tongue and it will always be translated into English to act as a complete library of all questions.

The AI search engine will begin to learn from the four sections of the request to focus on pulling out the most reliable questions that have been answered that are similar to the question being asked.

Tokenomics

edit

The project uses a new SPL token FUZ that replaces the old erc20 token FLEx. The exchange rate between the two is set at 1:1,000. All FLEx holders will be able to exchange their old tokens for the new. The new site and dApps will include a wallet, a multisignature vault, staking - fixed and flexible, liquidity and farming.
