I am currently a senior at Iowa State University studying Mechanical Engineering. I have just recently written a page on ISU Formula SAE which is a team of students at Iowa State University that design a formula like racecar to race in a competition held by the society of automotive engineers. I am looking for someone to look over the page I created and then give me some of their thoughts and suggestions on how it can be improved.
Hi, I've had a look at your article - the first thing I would say is that I am not an engineer, so some of the techinical stuff was a bit lost on me - maybe someone with more technical knowledge could help you there. There's a few more general things to say - firstly a few more tags in the article would be useful - for instance for Michigan, Iowa State University etc. The only other thing I'd suggest is not to write long figures out in words, so change fifty thousand dollars to $50,000. I haven't changed anything - I thought you'd like to keep control over your own article. Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia - good work! Lukedpotter
Hi, made one small change to the page. Under Fuel "Most ethanol is made from corn grown in the United States, therefore making us less dependent on other countries for fuel." to "Most ethanol is made from corn grown in the United States, therefore making the United States less dependent on other countries for fuel." A minor change to reflect the fact that Wikipedia is an internationally available site and not all users are American. Good luck with the page and the racing!!! Daragh
