Sayed Fayaz Ahmad

Sayed Fayaz Ahmad (Urdu: سيد فياض احمد) is a Pashtun Poet and Philosopher born in Swat, KhyberPakhtunkhwa Pakistan in November 1986 [1]. He is employed as Assistant Professor at Institute of Business Management Karachi [2]. Since his childhood, he is against terrorism in any form and support the opposite. He used his pen to point out the actual causes which create terrorism and how to cure them. The author has participated in national and international literary dialogue since his school days.

Books

He writes poetry in Pashto, Urdu and English languages. His first poetry books is “ لفه اوخكي” which was published in 2008, when he was the undergraduate engineering student. His first book in English Poetry is “Here the Sun is Dark”, which was published in 2015. He has also authored “Heart Chooses, the Luck Loses” and “My Half Dream”, two English novels yet to be published. Being a patriotic and responsible citizen, he is always annoying to realize the realities and to express them in poetic tone. The poet believes that we, the people must diagnose the real lies proliferated to our ears, must scrutinize the news we are hearing and must oppose and throwaway any “School of Thought” challenging our freedom, peace and happiness given to us by Allah. “Real Eyes Realize Real Lies” is his fifth book, comprised for such echoes and cries.
