Prince Imoleayo Adebayo (born July 6, 1982) is a Nigerian music producer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is the founder of Jazz Records Limited, a Lagos-based music production company, and the Impeccable Ties Foundation, a charity organization. Adebayo has played a significant role in Nigeria's music industry, supporting artists and DJs, while also leading initiatives to support vulnerable communities.
Early life and education
editAdebayo was born on July 6, 1982, in Oworonshoki, Lagos, Nigeria. He is the fifth of eight children born to Samuel Obanla Adebayo and Abimbola Aina Adebayo. He began his education at National Primary and Secondary School in Gbagada, Lagos, where he studied from 1988 to 2000. In 2001, he enrolled at Adekunle Ajasin University, Ibadan campus, where he pursued a diploma in Computer Science, graduating in 2003. In 2010, Adebayo moved to Malaysia to further his education at Innovative College Malaysia, where he studied and graduated in 2012. Upon his return to Nigeria, he worked in the music industry, becoming a music director at Hit Makers Entertainment.

On February 18, 2023, Adebayo launched Jazz Records Promotion in Nairobi, Kenya.[1] This platform marked the label's expansion across East Africa, where Adebayo has promoted several artists and DJs.
Philanthropy and social impact
editIn 2019, Adebayo established the Impeccable Ties Foundation, a charitable organization with 49 members dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the foundation played an active role in providing aid and relief. In 2021, they organized visits to orphanages, distributing various gifts and supplies to children in need.
Adebayo was also honored by the Oodua Youth Coalition in 2020 for his contributions to the music industry and his philanthropic efforts.[2]
