Caroline Marie Woodruff (more formally known as Charlie)is a female located in the general St. Louis County region. She is intermediately popular on social media cites, and aspires to be a successful politician.
In 2013 Caroline adopted the nickname Charlie. The nickname was given to her by a friend who felt that at the time Caroline's haircut resembled Charlie Kelmeckis, from the Perks of Being a Wallflower. Caroline grew fond of this nickname and is to this day still addressed by it.
