DJkrayon Are you seeing in Kolors?
That’s what Karan Ingle aka DJ Krayon would ask you. Starting his musical career as a lead guitarist and performing with bands in many parts of India for little over a decade, light soulful melodies and groovy beats always appealed to him. His spectrum of music ranges from Death Metal to Punjabi Hip-hop and it describes his love for creative, yet popular music that charges the crowd. Djing started from the bed-room and saw him performing at capital of dance music, Goa. Right from the big stage of globally famed Saturday Night Market to underground dance movements of Anjuna; Katzensuppe, Bubble Brunch, Waters and other notable clubs, DJ Krayon has expressed himself through some ground shaking tracks, playing for 3 to 5hrs and the night still looking as colorful as the start of the gig. He also colored up the silent beach shacks over weekends in Goa with commercial popular music, during sundowners and after parties. He prefers playing original tracks by artists, since they have expressed an emotion through the song and he likes to stich that into his performance and bring that experience to the crowd. Popular Bollywood songs, commercial dance music from artists like Dmitri Vegas, David Guetta, Minimal Techno music influenced by Ritchie Hawtin and Tech house music like Boris Brejcha are few of DJ Krayon’s favourite sets. “For me, it is all about the music that makes people have a time of their lives, regardless of genre, tempo, style, or release date. “
