Nacho Tambunting

editNacho Tambunting is a mixed-race actor, singer, dancer and artist. Born and raised in Manila, Nacho began a career in the professional theater at the age of ten with Repertory Philippines, juggling schoolwork with rehearsals and performances - appearing in productions like The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Seussical, Alice in Wonderland, Jack and the Beanstalk, The Producers and Camp Rock to name a few.[1]
Education
editNacho later moved to New York where he attended NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, and graduated with honors and a BFA in Theater. At NYU Nacho trained in both Musical Theater at the New Studio on Broadway and on camera acting at Stonestreet Studios. [2]
Career
editNacho recently originated the role of Felix Starro Junior in Ma-Yi Theater Company’s Felix Starro, the first Filipino-American Musical to premiere Off-Broadway. Previously Nacho was seen recurring on NBC’s Rise as Francis Russo. Other TV credits include Dickinson and The First Wives Club.#
