As of September 2011, I am a PhD student at the Department of Information Science of Cornell University. My study and research are being supported by the International Fulbright Science and Technology Fellowship. I am super lucky to be advised by Prof. Steve Jackson. Before I moved to United States, I had graduated with both Bachelor and Masters degrees in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Most of my research interests involve critical analysis of socio-technical systems from developmental perspectives. I created and still direct the first-ever Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) research group in Bangladesh.
