Professor Shlomo Aharonson (B. on October 13'th 1936 in Tel-Aviv, Israel) is an historian, emeritus professor in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a research scholar on subject of the Holocaust.

(this is the very first attempt to write an article about a very prominent professor of history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. It shall be based heavily on an existing article in the Hebrew version of WikiPedia ^[1] I urge anybody with the time & capacity to intervene, continue and complete the article).
