I am based in Christchurch, New Zealand interested in motorcycling predominately touring, rallies, and long distance riding.
I intend to focus on motorcycling within my sphere of knowledge and reference, there for what applies locally may be slightly different from what is considered normal in other countries, but isn't that what wikipedia is about sharing knowledge?
