NOTICE: Yes this account was created on the same computer & internet access that is accessed by my 'main' account (Jacnoc), however, I have absolutely no plans to access this account from this machine in the future. It is strictly to be used from public computers, or a private/personal computer that is accessing a public Internet connection. Alternatively, in the unlikely situation that the account User:Jacnoc is somehow compromised, I will login to THIS account to contact a Sysop (or other trusted Wikipedian with appropriate user rights) to confirm the Committed Identity for User:Jacnoc. Thank you for the understanding. -- to support the claim that this account is to only be used on public computers or when accessing public Internet, there is a 'p' at the end of the username, which of course, stands for 'public'.
