I consider myself a feeble seeker of the truth without keeping any barrier of caste, religion or region. I pray to the almighty for always keeping me focussed in my goal for bringing and maintaining peace, love and harmony for the mankind.
I believe that the essence of believing in any religion and the meditations is LOVE. True Love that is unconditional love. Love that is Caring for others without any expectation. Please make no mistakes that the Unconditional Love means Love without any reason. There is a very big reason for that. The Unconditional Love is the way to be One with the Supreme Lord – The God and His True Love.
All the practices that we do e.g. breathing, yoga, breathing exercises, Meditation, Sewa, Satsang etc. ultimately lead us to Peace and True Love.
