Jastine Lojoroko Chan-Lixe is a South Sudanese who was born in Western region of South Sudan. His mother Mary Simaa Natana is a Mundu tribe, the tribe is located in Western Equatoria. Jastine Lojoroko started his vision when he was eight (8) years. His step father Deng Anei Mayen is a soldier, Deng was transferred in term of government from Yei in Western Equatoria to Nadapal in Eastern Equatoria in the year 2009 Deng considered Jastine and gain his school. Jastine joined Nadapal mixed day primary schools.

He fascinated the school for good six years in his lifetime. therefore, he went to Lolim primary school to join primary seven. the conflict of South Sudan lead Jastine's family to join refugee in Kenya kakuma refugee camp in the year 2018.
