ePIPE is an epoxy lined pipe and process that creates a barrier coating on the inside of the pipe. It has the capability to rehabilitate pressurized pipes including potable water, fire sprinklers and natural gas lines ranging in diameter from 3/8 inch to six inches. Pipes are restored in-place i.e.: right in the walls or ceilings without dismantling the whole piping system or having to tear up walls or floors. ePIPE rehabilitation provides a barrier coating protecting the pipe from internal corrosion, repairs pinhole leaks and prevents the leaching of heavy metals into the water supply, such as copper and lead.

A patented process for cleaning, sealing pinhole leaks and providing a barrier coating to the interior walls of piping systems. An entire piping system is cleaned and coated in-place using dry abrasives, epoxies and forced air. Pipes are protected from water corrosion, erosion and electrolysis. Pipes having diameters of approximately 3/8 inch up to approximately 6 inches are treatable. Piping systems such as potable water lines, natural gas lines, HVAC, drains, and fire sprinkler systems in homes, apartments, high-rise hotel/resorts, office towers, high-rise apartment and condominiums and schools, can be treated. The epipe, epoxy coating pipe restoration process is covered under US patent 7,160,574 and has been commercialized by ACE DuraFlo Systems.
