DB-System is a system for mental training developed by Deborah Borgen. In research, the form of training used in DB-System has been referred to as Self-guided Positive Imagery Training.[1][2] The meditation practice SIM[3] (Self-guided Imagery in Meditation) is also taught as part of the system.
