620th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion (CSSB) is a U. S. Army Reserve Support Battalion headquartered in St. Louis, MO. The Battalion motto is Servitium Cum Cor which means "Service with Courage." The HHC, 620th CSSB has deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom twice.

edit- Constituted 26 December 1965 in the Army Reserve as Headquarters and Company A, 520th Maintenance Battalion
- Redesignated 31 January 1966 as Headquarters and Main Support Company, 520th Maintenance Battalion, and activated at St. Louis, Missouri
- Reorganized and redesignated 22 February 1972 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 520th Maintenance Battalion
- Converted and redesignated 16 September 1995 as Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 620th Support Battalion
- Ordered into active military service 21 September 2004 at St. Louis, Missouri; released from active military service 19 March 2006 and reverted to reserve status
- Reorganized and redesigned 17 September 2006 as Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 620th Support Battalion
- Ordered into active military service 1 May 2009 at St. Louis, Missouri
