Introduction
editMy real home page can be found here.
Experience
editI have a B.S. in CSE (computer science and engineering) and M.S. in CS (computer science). I'm working on my Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Connecticut.
I have taught a wide variety of courses, and have recently become interested in teaching programming languages.
Interests
editComputer-related:
- programming langauges
- virtual machines
- networked and distributed computing
Other
editI just returned from a trip to Thailand. I spent time in a tiny northern farming village in Sakon Nakhon on the Khorat Plateau that just recently (within the last few years) got electricity and running water.
This area was not affected physically by the recent tsunami caused by the 2004 Indian Ocean Earthquake.
