Fighting Covid-19 is our responsibility. We should protect ourselves and others by doing simple precautions and make it a habit to stay safe and healthy. By reducing the risk of Covid-19 infection, we should clean our hands often, avoid touching our nose, eyes and mouth, avoid close contact with other person or stay away with someone who is sick. We should also clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces, cough or sneeze in our bent elbow and not in our hands, always wear faceshield, facemask, keep distance to people and avoid crowded places everytime we go outside our house. And we should also limit social gatherings. Another important things is to stay healthy everyday by eating nutritious meal, take vitamins, drink lots of water, better sleep, good exercise, early sunshine, and pray. This is just a simple health protocol but it helps a lot.
