Spectos, GmbH is an German institute for quality-monitoring and productivity in customer service[1]. Founded by Niels Delater in 2001 and based in Dresden, the company develops web applications and services in order to measure service quality and customer experience.
The objective is to help companies understanding their customers better and tap the potentials of improvement given by their voice.
Spectos works according to international standards, being ISO 9001:2008 certified[2]. The institute is also working in the workgroups of the European Committee for Standardization[3] helping to develop the future of service quality standards.
