Should more of WP:TECHNICAL be written into MOS:MATHS ?

edit

It is interesting to compare the material in MOS:MATHS on article construction with the advice in WP:TECHNICAL.

In particular WP:TECHNICAL advises to

Add a concrete example

Many technical articles are not understandable (and more confusing even to expert readers) only because they are abstract. A concrete example can help to contextualize the abstract content for many readers. Sometimes a contrasting example, such as a counterexample, can also be helpful. For instance, from the article verb:

A verb, from the Latin verbum meaning word, is a word (part of speech) that in syntax conveys an action (bring, read, walk, run, learn), or a state of being (be, exist, stand).

On the other hand while our guide MOS:MATHS for writing Mathematics articles does mention examples, it seems as almost a throw-away add-on extra:

Some representative examples would be nice to have, in a separate section, which could serve to both expand on the definition, and also provide some context as to why one might want to use the defined entity
