[The following is copied from mav's talk page, and I'm putting it here so this page will show up on a search until the user gets around to posting something here (or (re)moving this). -- isis 15:11 Dec 22, 2002 (UTC)]

Hm. It doesn't offend me but does the user name Jizzbug offend you? Community standard stuff, blah, blah... --mav
- No, because I don't know what it means. I may know what the first syllable means by itself, but the word as a whole may have independent meaning and, in any event, it's an e-mail address that gets 250+ hits on Google, so I don't have the impression it was chosen specifically to trash the Wikipedia. But if you'd like for me to be offended, I'll be happy to consider whatever reasons you want to give me why I should be. -- isis 09:48 Dec 22, 2002 (UTC)
- No. I don't want you to be offended. I was just wondering if you would be (esp. since we have the new user name policy and all). --mav

If you could e-mail through the UTRS system to speak about your block, that would be appreciated. The edits you made were of such a serious nature that allowing you to edit your talk page or to e-mail other users wasn't appropriate. If you can show that you understand the issue at hand, unblocking your account need not be an issue, the block in this case is specifically to protect the project from the unsourced allegations (which I am unable to go into here) and is not necessarily a reflection on your behaviour.
