Paige Adams-Geller, also known as the "Queen of Jeans" according to People Magazine, is known for having the “best derriere in the [fashion] business.” Born in Wasilla, Alaska, in 1969, Geller was overweight as a child, but after toning her body, was scouted by prestigious modeling agencies with high hopes of making her famous. She ended up being named one of the top fit models in the United States. Geller competed as a teen beauty pageant contestant throughout the 1980’s, winning titles throughout California and Alaska. The “Pre-Moss,” standing at 5 feet 7 inches, graduated from high school at age 16 and signed with Elite Model Agency in New York City’s Petite Division in 1985. As a result to eating disorders to enforce her ideal figure, Geller gave up modeling and enrolled at the University of Southern California. Unable to stay away from the pageant scene, she was crowned Miss California in 1991. Geller, quickly rising, made television appearances on Evening Shade and Baywatch, with addition to commercials and daytime dramas. After working as a fit model for designer Jerome Dahan with A-list designer jean labels such as True Religion Brand Jeans, Seven for All Mankind, and Citizens of Humanity, Geller was convinced that she could do more with her expertise and decided to create the “perfect fitting jean.” In 2005, Geller founded Paige Premium Denim, now listed as one of the top designer jean brands, out of Los Angeles, CA. The jeans quickly attracted top celebrities like Eva Longoria and Mandy Moore. With a retail price ranging from $75-$270, Geller pulled in about $3 million in the first year. Three years in, Paige Premium Denim could be found in over 2,000 locations from the United States to Europe, including the Paige Store on Robertson Boulevard in Los Angeles, CA. Geller is the process of working towards her ultimate goal to provide a comprehensive, quality label by widening the variety of fits in order to comprise all customers. Because Paige Adams-Geller suffered from Anorexia while modeling she became an ambassador of the National Eating Disorders Association. Geller is also a part of the national leadership council for the Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network (RAINN). Another way in which Geller has reached out to her fans is by penning the book Your Perfect Fit with professional trainer Ashley Borden. The book offers advice and tips for dressing personal body types and also provides a therapy for exercising regularly and eating a balanced diet.
