Having added separate rows for borough and each fraction of liberties, I need to move portions of each cell into the relevant row ratehr than all in the first/original/borough row.
Should have multiple columns columns for each census, providing separate answers to the following questions; where C is the City/Town, L is a townland which in 1840 was within the liberties (i.e. in the corporate county but outside the borough), and M is the municipal borough:
- Is a "barony of C" included in the list of baronies?
- In the townland detail table:
- What barony is townland L stated to be within?
- What barony is town M stated to be within?
- if none, is the "borough of M" or "county of the town of M" or blank listed instead of a barony?
- In the townland index, same questions as for the townland detail table
I dunno whether census categorisation differences reflect an underlying legal distinction or merely different local enumerator decisions.
