Second year law student at the University of Chicago Law School.
I am considering writing my Feminist Economics & Public Policy wikipedia assignment about LGBT rights and adjudication within international tribunals, particularly within the European Court of Human Rights. Of particular interest to me is updating the pages on the relevant case law, including cases like Schalk and Kopf v. Austria and other cases analyzing the implementation of international human rights treaties within the European Union. Relevant articles include http://www.echr.coe.int/Documents/FS_Sexual_orientation_ENG.pdf and List of LGBT-related cases before international courts and quasi-judicial bodies.
