Canadian Born through and through with four decades of Permanent Resident Status in the USA (Illinois, Massachusetts and Arizona), Joe Vintage is a Canadian Country Music Artist and Singer/Songwriter/Multi-Instrumentalist who blends pop/rock sensibilities with country/folk roots that stem from Touring in the Deep South with John Little Bear Eaton of the Cherokee Nation. Often asked by agents at US Border why he never became a US Citizen, Vintage informs them “I’m not a SellOut Like Ted Cruz” and 'Y'all haven't quite closed the deal with me yet". He then goes to Secondary for two hours where he composes some new original music.

Vintage entertained audiences in resorts and on the club and University circuit throughout the USA for three decades - including opening for Grammy Artist Tori Amos, Black Oak Arkansas and Small Potatoes and sharing the stage with David Grossman. Performing hundreds of dates on the Arizona and Illinois music scenes (Smithapalooza) as well as in Canada and Europe, Vintage along with John Little Bear Eaton (Eaton Venue) received college radio airplay for their debut release "Two Strangers" and ReReleased “Father’s House” in 2009.

"Joe Vintage is Joe Venue at his best - aware, authentic and connected", according to Penny Lane, Publicist for Haaapppy Records. "Although Joe connects with audiences with on an emotional level with tunes about hope and forgiveness (as in le title track "It's About Time"), he offers insights into other areas as well. (i.e. "Try to Justify which addresses homelessness and religious intolerance (Surreal Thing)". Specifically, where "Remember the Day" offers a collage of life events ("the choices, the changes/how life rearranges... and continues") the Beatle-esque quality of "Meant to Be" and "In My Dreams I'm Wakin' Up To You" demonstrates Vintage also refuses to take himself too seriously", says Meg Louise, Director of Public Relations. Joe is grateful for the tremendous musicians and songwriters sharing their time and talent - John Eaton, John Honey, Raymundo Rosales, Renowned Poet and Penn State Professor Todd Davis, Phil Milano, Steve Milano, Dean Milano, Chris Pawola, David Grossman, Brian Halverson, Sven Hansen and David ‘Page’ Gustafson.
