Owen Spencer-Thomas MBE (born March 3, 1940) is a British radio and television news journalist and presenter, priest, university chaplain, and acting dean. Early Life and Education Owen was born to Ivor John Spencer-Thomas and Rosabel Spencer-Thomas in 1940.
He completed his MRAC in 1959 from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. In 1970, he received a BSc in Sociology from The Polytechnic and in 1971, he received his Certificate in Theology from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge. Owen holds an LGSM from Guildhall School of Music and Drama and is an Honorary DLitt, as awarded by The University of Westminster. Career
