I am a postdoctoral research fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School, where I conduct research on geoengineering policy and governance issues. Before joining the Belfer Center, I worked as an energy consultant for a global consulting firm. I hold a Ph.D. in political science from Johns Hopkins University.
