Counsel, MPAYIMANA Jean Paul

is a Rwandan, married and has 2 children, living and working in Rwanda, having attended primary school in Save sector (Save B), and then secondary school at the Marist Brothers (TTC Save).
He graduated from the University of Rwanda with a degree in Politics in the Department of Public Administration, and then a law degree from UNILAK, and is now a professional lawyer because he possess a diploma (DLP) from the Institute of Legal Practice (ILPD).
During his job, he was teaching at the College Immaculee conception save where he taught history and geography, from 2012 he worked at the Nyanza High Court as Administrative Assistant of The President.
As part time, he has been Scout commissioner in Gisagara district, working with youths in local and city erea.
He is a Catholic, and has led the Stella Matutina choir for 6 years
