National Quintessence—Polo, Hitting in Beijing 2010 The 2nd Beijing International Polo Open Tournament 2010 the 2nd Beijing International Polo Open Tournament, which was organized by Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Tourism, Beijing Municipal Bureau of Cultural, as well as People's Government of Yanqing County, was perfect finished on September 23rd at Beijing Sunny Times Polo Club. After exciting fight among China Piaget representative team, Riverlands team of Australia, Miele-Chile team, and Wanstead team from New Zealand, the Miele-Chile team has finally won this tournament at the score of 5 : 4.5, and the Championship Cup of 2010 the 2nd Beijing International Polo Open Tournament, while the Riverlands team from Australia won the Second Place Trophy. Christophe Philippe Levrat, number 3 of Australia Riverlands team, was the Best Player of this tournament.
In order to award the efforts and contributions that Mr. Xia Yang, who is the president of Beijing Sunny Times Polo Club, have done for promoting the development of polo in China, especially for the special contribution of promoting the communication between China and Chile, a trophy which represents the polo friendship between China and Chile was presented to him, which was commissioned by the Chief of embassy acts as ambassador. This elaborately prepared artistic production represents not only the long history of polo in China, but also the relationships and communications between Sunny Times Polo Club and Piaget in the field of polo culture.
