Hi there! My name is Keith Acosta and I'm a sophomore at Cornell University majoring in Global & Public Health Sciences and minoring in Demography. I'm primarily interested in articles that address the complexity of plant-based diets, ranging from nutritional controversies to ethical implications. As a Wikipedia user, I hope to responsibly engage with the vast amount of literature that addresses plant-based diets as they relate to human health.
