I've been an anonymous user for too long time & I would now like to return something. Lately, because of my participation in an online community of writers and artists, I have become interest in encyclopedic information and sharing in a more professional manner. I would now like to contribute. I'm starting by looking at the biographies of writers and artists who are involved in the project, and I will go from there. I'm especially interested in writers of literary fiction and speculative fiction. Mostly, I clean up small things in my way when I notice them, i.e. I identify as a WikiGnome. With regard to policy, I embrace both structurist and inclusionist approaches to developing/improving Wikipedia.
The motto of the AIW is conservata veritate, which translates to "with the preserved truth".
This motto reflects the inclusionist desire to change Wikipedia only when no knowledge would be lost as a result.
