Nikita Acharya is the co-founder of Urban Girl and Urban Cakes, since 2012.[1] She started her journey from her birthplace, [[Biratnagar]]. She belongs to the list of aspiring entrepreneurs of Nepal. She founded the company with her colleague Kiran Timalsina with the initial investment of Rs. 20000.[2] The company was awarded ‘Best Start-Up Company Award’ in the 4th Newbiz Business Conclave and Awards 2017[citation needed]
Education and Personal Life
editNikita completed her +2 education in Science at Kathmandu University High School. After realizing that Science wasn’t her cup of tea, she switched to management from science in Bachelors. She then completed her BBA degree from Kathmandu College of Management.
Career
editShe was just 19 years when she started her own company along with her co-founder, Kiran Timisina. Urban Girl is an online shopping portal of Nepal.[citation needed]
