Correction of external links

I (and also several other people who also link to this page) am currently making a lot of changes to articles in order to correct "external links" sections. These sections should generally be at "==" header level, and use sentence capitalisation; i.e. "==External links==".

There are many articles which require either minor refactoring or changing of other section headers in order to make the article consistent. If I have made a change to an article which you disagree with, please revert the article to the previous version and leave a message on either my talk page or this page's discussion page. The next time the script which generates the list of incorrect articles is run, that article will be listed again, and someone can look at it properly and determine the correct solution. There are nearly 20,000 articles listed right now, and I do not have time to examine them all individually at this time.

However, if an article previously used incorrect capitalisation for all headers, and I have caused the article to be inconsistent, please do not revert the article, but instead apply the same correction to the rest of the article in order to leave it in a consistent state.
