STR Human Gentotyping

  Short Tandem Repeat (STR) are short sequences of DNA. In consistent, in one or more samples , it is compared to obtain a specific loci in DNA. Genotyping serves as a source for sample identification. In gentoyping testing, capillary electrophoresis is method used in PCR [1].
