Bio
editAbout Me
editHello. I am from Phoenix, Arizona, one of the hottest cities in the US[1], and I lived there for 11 years. Then I moved to Washington State in 2015. My interests are politics, history, sports, and video games. The sports I participate in and watch are baseball, wrestling, and tennis. The video games I play the most would be Hearts of Iron 4, Squad, and War Thunder. The eras of history I am most interested in are the US Civil War, WWII, and the Cold War.
My Wikipedia Interests
editRight now, I use Wikipedia to get a quick understanding of a certain subject, such as the Missouri Compromise. I also use it to look up random things when I am bored, for example, Kevinism. In the future, I may plan to edit pages but most likely will not, even though I do find this site rather useful in some circumstances.
Article Evaluation
editI have been getting more interested in new car designs in the recent months, and I stumbled upon a rather interesting sports car that was in part designed by A.I and inspired off of the SR-71. I then went on to read and watch videos on the car, thus learning more about it. I finally visited the Czinger 21C article on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: the lack of information on the car's design, up to date citations, and that all the citations are in French.
Structure/Completeness
editThe structure of the article is mediocre and the article does not include a lot of information about the car's history or design, but it does talk about the presentation of the car this year, and how the car gets its power from both a gasoline engine and electric motors. The overall information given by the article about the car is not very detailed either, and the most that the article talks about is the hybrid motor and how the presentation of the car was delayed because of COVID-19. In addition, the article does not flow very well, and it seems like it was written in French first, then translated to English, but that is just my guess.
Citations
editThe citations of the article are all in French, besides the citation that leads you to the car company’s website. This is not helpful for verifying the authenticity of the facts listed because it comes from entirely French sources, and the sources are not from reputable sources from what I have clicked on.
Age
editThe age of the information is from the current year, but the information is from the beginning of the year, and the most recent information cited is from March. It could use some updated sources, but overall the age of the citations are recent enough for what the article is about, and it is one of the only solid parts of the entire article.
Summary
editOverall the article for the Czinger 21C is mediocre and lacks a lot of information about the car. In addition the articles citations are in French, but they are up to date, but that would be given because the car is brand new. I think this page is lacking a lot of needed information about the car in order for readers to get a good understanding about the ingenuity of the car. With more information about the car, the article would be helped greatly.
