The National Human Rights Anti Crime and Anti Corruption Bureau (NHRACACB) is A Registered Non-Government Organization Founded by Mr. Mohit Gupta[1][2].

Mission

National Human Rights Anti Crime and Anti Corruption Bureau aims at attaining complete social welfare. They keep a check on crimes and corruption and ensure justice to the helpless by providing legal aid to the victims. They also work to curb corruption in government and private departments by reporting the cases to higher authorities and taking immediate action. They work for safeguarding fundamental human rights by spreading awareness on important subjects, working for the eradication of hunger and destitution by conducting donation campaigns, organizing women & youth empowerment programs, blood donation camps, plantation drives, and various other philanthropic activities that ensure public interest.

History

The founder Mohit Gupta had been working since 2016 individually to provide help to the needy. In 2018, he laid the foundation of NHRACACB to establish a community of like-minded people and work systematically in the interest of society by protecting fundamental human rights and erasing crimes and corruption from society.

The work of both the founder and organization was recognized and the National Human Rights Anti-Crime and Anti-Corruption Bureau (NHRACACB) got registered under The India Trust Act 1882 of Govt of NCT of Delhi on 17th July 2018.

Since 2018, the National Human Rights Anti-Crime and Anti-Corruption Bureau has helped more than 30,000 families with food, commodities, ration, education, empowerment, legal support, etc. The NHRACACB has organized more than 150 food donation drives and served nourishing meals to more than 13000 people in the different states of India. It has initiated several women empowerment campaigns, organized more than 50 plantation drives, and set up around 25 blood donation camps till now. Besides, it has conducted more than 100 ration distribution drives, and numerous books, clothes, blankets & other essentials distribution drives. During the covid-19 pandemic, the NHRACACB conducted several hygiene kits donation drives and had actively furnished medical equipment to the COVID centres who were in dire need of the same. Moreover, the Bureau has fought against the injustice happening to the victims by providing legal aid in a total of 228 cases where justice was served in 166 cases. Till date, the NHRACACB has helped and influenced the lives of more than 1 lakh needy people all over India.

2019

Case: Unauthorized Use of Godowns in Maharashtra:

In November 2019, the 'Pratik Co-Op Housing Society' filed a complaint to The Municipal Commissioner and the police station regarding the unauthorized use of godowns in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune. There was no action taken for several days and justice was not served. So, the citizens sought help from the NHRACACB. The Maharashtra State President of the NHRACACB- Raj Kulkarni talked over the matter with the Mayor of Pimpri Chinchwad- Mr Gulabdada Jadhav and City Assistant Engineer- Rajan Patil and demanded immediate action. And within 10 days, the problem was resolved.

Memorandum to Municipal Sanitary Incharge

In December 2019, Dr Meer Sikander Ali- Telangana Managing President (NHRACACB) submitted a memorandum to Mr Khaja Moinuddin- Municipal Sanitary In charge (Mahabubnagar Municipal Corporation) regarding nuisance of pigs in Habeeb Nagar ward of Mahabubnagar to look into the matter and get the area cleaned. No action was being taken even after many complaints and applications. After the authorities received the NHRACAC letter, the issue was resolved soon.

Madina Masjid Urdu Girls School - Telangana

In December 2019, Dr. Meer Sikander Ali- Telangana Managing President (NHRACACB) submitted a memorandum to the DEO of Mahabubnagar. In Madina Masjid Government Urdu Girls School, the wall of the toilet was cracked. The adjoining masonry wall was also at the risk of cracking. The toilet is used by 120 students and teachers. The headmasters of the school- Kausar Shahnaz and Varaprasad Reddy demanded the demolition of the old toilet and a new toilet be built to prevent any accidents due to the poor infrastructure. Hemachandran, a supervisory officer, was issued a notice for toilet deterioration. The school authority was urged to take immediate action and get the matter solved.

Movement to Pay Tribute to the Martyrs

To pay a tribute to the CRPF jawans who got martyred in Pulwama in February 2019, NHRACACB members carried out a movement in Ballia, Uttar Pradesh along with the residents of the village under the guidance of Mr Mohit Gupta- Founder & National President (NHRACACB) and leadership of district representatives. Slogans like Hindustan Zindabad, Vande Mataram, Pakistan Murdabad etc. were raised in the city. The soldiers were offered flowers and candles were lit to pay homage to them. A huge number of people attended the movement.

Donation Drive at Tamil Nadu

In July 2020, in Kamrup Rural of Assam, a drug dealer with 63 nos of Corex was caught in Goroimari and handed over to the police. This expedition was undertaken by Assam State Managing President of NHRACACB- Mr Nayanjyoti Bharali with the help of Kapil Pathak- Officer In-Charge (Saygaon Police Station). Mr Mohit Gupta- Founder & National President also played a huge role in the case.

Criminal Case in Assam

In July 2020, in Kamrup Rural of Assam, A Drug Dealer with 63 Nos of Corex was caught in Goroimari and Handed over to The Police. This Expedition was Undertaken by Assam State Managing President of NHRACACB- Mr. Nayanjyoti Bharali with The Help of Kapil Pathak- Officer Incharge (Saygaon Police Station). Mr.Mohit Gupta- Founder & National President also Played A Huge Role in The Case.

Rescue of Gautam Sonwal

In June 2020, Gautam Sonwal from Lakshimpur migrated to Hyderabad in search of livelihood but was stuck due to the lockdown. He suffered from mental instability and physical illness due to awful circumstances. Nayanjyoti Bharali- Managing President of Assam with the support of Mr Mohit Gupta rescued the miserable boy and sent him back home after 13 days of treatment in a hospital.

Road Construction Case in Pimpri Chinchwad

In September 2020, the Commissioner and the officers of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation were issued a letter on behalf of NHRACACB to repair a local damaged road in Pimpri Chinchwad city of Pune, Maharashtra. They were asked to look into the matter immediately and order the contractor to reconstruct the road. The next day itself, the repairing of the road was started. Mr Mohit Gupta- Founder and National President and Raj Kulkarni- Maharashtra State President bestowed their guidance in handling this matter.

Issue of Warning Letter to MSEDCL Head Office

In September 2020, the MSEDCL Prakashgarh Mumbai Head Office in Mumbai was warned of a protest by NHRACACB. Though the transfer policy of the government is 15% and it is already under controversy, women should be given special priority in the transfer of MSEDCL employees. The issue was addressed by the NHRACACB to senior officials of MSEDCL and they warned them of carrying out an agitation in front of their office soon if the changes were made without considering women. The problem was resolved peacefully within a week of receiving the letter from the NHRACACB.

Grand Awareness Program and Honor Ceremony at Shadnagar

In December 2020, NHRACACB Telangana Committee celebrated International Human Rights Day by conducting a grand awareness program and honour ceremony in Shadnagar, Telangana to commend the selfless efforts of the members and motivate them to keep doing the good work and make sure the flag of justice never bends low.

Team Encouragement Program in Hyderabad

A Team Encouragement Program was organised on 9th February 2021 at Hyderabad, Telangana. The event was headed by the founder- Mr Mohit Gupta and South India President- Ad. Taiyab Khan, who also served as the Guests of Honour. In the presence of various dignitaries, appreciation certificates were given away to the dedicated members. And the members pledged to continue the fight for justice.


Honouring Ceremony in Betul

In August 2021, the front-line workers of the Forest Department were honoured by the Betul District Committee in Betul, Madhya Pradesh to acknowledge their work. Among them were DFO Puneet Goyal, DFO Pd Gabriel, Ranger- Anuj Sharma, Deputy Ranger- Ms Rajput, and other esteemed officials.  


Vaccination Awareness Campaign

In July 2021, the Betul District Executive (NHRACACB) conducted a COVID-19 Vaccination Awareness Campaign at Village Arjun Gondi in Ghoradongri Block In MP. People were made aware of the importance of vaccination. 80 packets of masks and 20 packets of sanitary napkins were distributed to the women by Mrs Meena Khandelwal- National Women’s Deputy Secretary.


Rape Case of Bihar

Members of NHRACACB took the initiative to bring justice to an 8-year-old rape victim from Nawada, Bihar. 5 days had passed since this heinous crime, but the police department did not take any action against the culprit. Therefore, Ratnakar Pandey- Bihar State Joint Secretary along with Bureau members intervened in the matter and requested the district magistrate and the superintendent of police of Nawada to take necessary action to get justice for the minor victim.

Shashi Kumar Sagar, Arun Mishra and Journalist Vijay Pandey played a big role in bringing this matter to the notice of the people. They assured justice to the girl child at any cost.
