A Fighter for Freedom is the debut novel by Zimbabwean writer Edmund Chipamaunga, first published in 1983.[1]
The novel follows the life of character Tinashe, a Zimbabwean man who started off as just a boy in school and as the years went by discovered that his life and his African family deserved better living. In order to become the "Hero" of the family, Tinashe decided that he would make an attempt to become a Firefighter to establish more currency while saving the lives of others as well.
