George Klima is a lay practitioner living in Victoria, BC. He has been associated with several Buddhist groups in southern Ontario, Newfoundland, and BC during the past 20 years.
George, together with Chris Ng and Mathieu Ouelette, created a national directory of Buddhist groups at buddhismcanada.com[1] in 1995, and maintained it for the next 16 years, an activity that kept them in touch with Buddhist groups across Canada. Subsequently, the directory was shut down.
