Krishna Ballabh Kakkar
editKrishna Ballabh Kakkar (28 March 1939 – 16 January 2020) was an Rajasthan civil servant who served with the Rajasthan Administrative Service. After serving on various positions in and in various departments & ministries of the Government of Rajasthan, he served on all key and important administrative positions like Additional Collector and Magistrate, Revenue Appellant Authority, General Manager of Rajasthan Roadways Corporation etc. he also shouldered the responsibility of District Election Officer many time. K B Kakkar became known for reformist and development approach. Government of Rajasthan recognised his services through awarding medal of successfully conducting family planning programme and medal for conducting general elections.
