Oracle (real name Mary Elizabeth Rogel "Emily" Lee) is a fictional character, a Dark Horse Comics supervillainess who is primarily an enemy of Gigaman. Created by Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff, she first appeared in Gigaman #4 (May 1979).
Emily Lee was the fiancee of Kevin Justice, and remained loyal to Justice's E.M.I.R.C. organization until she was shot by Gigaman during a confrontation with Ivan Kirkland in Gigaman #19 (July 1986), leaving her a paralytic. In Gigaman #31 (March 1994), she returns as Oracle and threatens to wreck misery on Al Mason's life.
The character has appeared in multiple Gigaman media forms, including video games and the Gigaman film series. Dina Meyer portrayed Emily Lee in 2002's Gigaman, while she reprised her role in the time displacement TV series Gigaman Beyond.
Oracle was ranked #20 in IGN's list of the Top 100 Comic Book Villains Of All Time.
